A small circle. A quiet shore. A body ready to lay its armor down.

Come Home
to Your Own Body

This is a ceremonial container held on the Sea of Cortez for those who are tired: tired of managing, tired of researching, tired of being strong. Here, in a small and deeply held circle, we work with sacred plant medicine to reach what talk alone cannot: the deep well beneath the symptom, where old grief and unspoken fear have quietly settled into a nervous system that has stood guard for far too long. This is where the body is finally believed, the spirit is finally witnessed, and what has been carried alone for years can, at last, be set down.

Things will change, the metamorphosis happens, sooner or later. Unearth those buried gems in you. Give a chance to the world to know you better. The whole universe waits to be explored. The damaged parts of you will be cured. Enough of these tiresome restrictions. Sweet Love, break these limitations.

Why We Gather

Every person who comes to this circle arrives carrying something the body has been asked to hold for far too long: grief that was never witnessed, fear that was never spoken, a nervous system that learned long ago it wasn't safe to rest. Chronic pain, fatigue, and illness are so often this weight finding a physical voice, because the body will always find a way to be heard. We gather to reconnect body, mind, and spirit, with the single goal of allowing your healing, and the letting go of whatever no longer serves you.

Dear one, you are the medicine.
You are the healing.

We do not gather here to fight the body or force it into submission. We gather to build a container gentle enough, and safe enough, that what has been buried can finally surface on its own, and be released, not relived. This is slow, held, sacred work. It asks for your full presence, and in return it offers a kind of relief that talking alone rarely reaches.

This is a small circle by design, never more than a handful of souls at a time, because this depth of trust cannot be manufactured at scale. It can only be tended.

Why I Hold This Space

After my own recovery, plant medicine found me. I began working with these medicines in earnest, delving deeper into the nature of reality, and I eventually found myself holding space for others — sitting with people through some of the most profound journeys of their lives, iboga among them, one of the great master plant teachers.

What I've learned over my years of medicine ceremonies is that perspective is key. A healing journey will direct you to take a good hard look at yourself: the patterns, the fears, the places in your mind that you are afraid to go.

I've come to believe that the best place for healing to happen is a state of coherence and safety — where people can process their emotions, get in touch with their heart, their higher self, and the love that's already around them. That's where real human healing energy comes in, and where the deepest psychological retraining actually happens. I'm not chasing a particular experience for you. What I'm hoping for is what I call the "Come to God" moment — the moment you see, clearly, the shape of what's actually been driving you. It's deep work, and it's why I hold this space.

"It is a journey into the heart, and there's always an injection of emotional healing and spiritual healing. There's a lot of prayer and love. So you can think of it as a prayer, love, and healing ceremony."

The Arc of Our Time Together

This is not a retreat you rush through. Each day has its own rhythm: arrival and settling, ceremony and stillness, rest and integration, so your nervous system has time to actually absorb what moves through it.

IArrival

Landing & Orientation

You arrive by the water and exhale for the first time in longer than you can remember. We share a slow meal together, meet the circle you'll be held by, and begin a one-on-one conversation about your intentions for this time. No rushing, no performing, just arriving exactly as you are.

IIPreparation

Settling the Nervous System

A full day devoted to grounding the body before we go any deeper: gentle fascia release, restorative movement, quiet time by the ocean, and somatic exercises designed to help your system register, on a physical level, that it is finally safe.

IIIFirst Ceremony

Opening the Heart

Our first sacred medicine ceremony, held through the night with live sound and prayer. This is where the heart softens enough to let old grief and fear surface, gently, without needing to relive the story attached to it, so it can finally move and be released.

IVIntegration

A Day of Rest

We slow all the way down. Journaling, quiet reflection, time in nature, and simple presence with the circle, giving what surfaced in ceremony the space it needs to settle into the body rather than being rushed past.

VSecond Ceremony & Closing

Clarity & Return

Our second ceremony brings clarity, a chance to see yourself, and your path forward, with new eyes. We close with a sharing circle, a final integration conversation, and continued support in the weeks after you return home. The container doesn't close the moment you leave the water.

The Medicines We Work With

We work with a small, intentional selection of medicines, chosen not for their intensity, but for their capacity to open the heart, quiet the mind's alarm, and return you gently to yourself.

The Heart Medicine

This is the medicine that quiets the part of the brain standing guard against danger, the same alarm that has been keeping your nervous system on high alert for years. With that alarm softened, old pain and old memory can be visited without your body going into panic or collapse. It is, above all, a medicine of the heart: it opens what has been closed, and lets you feel, perhaps for the first time in a long while, genuine warmth toward yourself.

The Medicine of Clear Sight

A medicine of truth and clarity. It quiets the racing, ruminating mind and allows what has been buried to surface in its own time. Many describe it as being handed back a memory of who they were before the illness, before the fear, before the years of managing symptoms took over: a baseline of wholeness that was never actually lost, only obscured.

A Gentle Companion

A quiet ally throughout the container, used across ancient traditions for its soothing, dreamlike calm. It settles the muscles, softens the mind, and moves through the ceremony beside the deeper medicines, never asking to be the center of attention, simply holding a steady, gentle presence.

Sacred Bee Medicine

An ancient medicine of the Maya, offered as eye drops during ceremony. It is said to clear stagnant energy from the field and sharpen presence, a small, beautiful ritual woven into the deeper work, helping you stay clear and present as the medicine moves through you.

This Is a Held Container

True change cannot happen when the mind is constantly scanning for danger. Everything about this retreat, the size of the circle, the pacing of the days, the environment, the medicines themselves, exists to give your nervous system undeniable, felt evidence that it is finally safe to lay its armor down.

What is shared within this circle stays within this circle. We keep the group intentionally small, just 4 to 8 people, so that every person is met with total presence, and so trust can be built the only way it actually can: slowly, and with care.

What People Say About This Work

"
This work answered every question I had been carrying for years. Anything I sought, it provided a resolution for. It felt like a gift from something far greater than myself. I am coming at the world with completely new eyes now.
B.R. — Phoenix, AZ
"
There is no drug, no protocol, and no treatment I've found that can do what this work does. You reset the brain, face the underlying emotional reservoir, and understand why you got sick. Something genuinely changes — not just your symptoms, but how you value your own existence.
A.K. — Medicine Ceremony Participant
"
The inward-looking aspect is everything. So many of us are overwhelmed by the external world and lose sight of what's happening inside. When you address what's inside, life becomes so much easier. I feel like the architect of my own universe.

The Path to Joining a Retreat

We do not use an automated booking system. Every participant enters through a personal conversation, because the safety of the container depends on the quality of the people in it, and the quality of the preparation they arrive with.

1

Reach Out

Send an email to bodymindhealme@gmail.com with a few sentences about where you are in your healing journey and what draws you to this work. There is no right or wrong thing to say.

2

An Intake Conversation

Before anyone joins a circle, we'll talk by phone about your health, any medications you take, your intentions, and where you are in your healing. These medicines are powerful, and they aren't right for everyone at every stage. Some medications and health conditions don't mix safely with them. And if your nervous system is still in a highly sensitized phase, we may suggest building more stability first before you journey. This conversation is how we make sure the container is safe for you and for everyone in the circle.

3

Preparation

Once your spot is confirmed, you'll receive a preparation guide covering dietary recommendations, intention-setting, what to bring, and how to begin preparing your nervous system for the work ahead. This period is part of the healing.

4

Arrive & Journey Together

You'll arrive in Tucson, where we gather as a group and journey down to the Sea of Cortez together. Leave everything else behind. The container begins the moment we set out, and it holds the rest.

5

Integration

Dedicated integration support both at the retreat and in follow-up calls after you return home. The real work often begins in the weeks after the container closes. We don't leave you alone with it.

Coming of Age Ceremony

A Future Offering

One of the most important transitions in a life is the passage into adulthood. In most modern cultures, it happens without ceremony, without witnessing, and without the relational medicine of family presence.

This ceremony is designed to change that: a plant medicine ceremony for a young adult stepping fully into their own life, held alongside at least one parent. It collapses old ego constructs, opens authentic communication between generations, and centers the young adult in their own sovereignty, in the presence of those who love them most. We are still building out this offering with the care it deserves, and look forward to holding it in the future.

For: Young adults and a parent

Group: 1–3 families maximum, deeply intimate by design

Location: Puerto Peñasco, Mexico

Iboga for PTSD &
Neurological Reset

For those navigating severe PTSD or deep neurological disruption, Iboga is one of the most powerful reset tools available. It works on a fundamentally different level than other medicines, directly addressing the neural pathways that hold chronic trauma responses in place.

Results can be profound, lasting, and genuinely life-altering. This is serious, carefully held ceremonial work, for those who need it most.
